Presentation View

This view is available if

• A follow-up record is open, and
• an external display (a projector) is connected to the Mac and is shown as an available display in the system settings.

You can then use the Identify displays button in the main window to display the presentation view on the projector.

The view then shows

• the current slide, as well as
• handwritten additions made with a writing tool for the presentation writing surface.

Annotations on the magic writing surface and notes remain invisible. The presentation view can be hidden or shown using the Hide presentation or Show presentation buttons in the main window.
